Ah, the kindness of strangers...

I received this video endorsement from Scott McAlpine who heard about my campaign online and wanted to get involved. As it turns out, some of his props were rented by JJ Abrams' team and got featured in the 2009 Star Trek film. How cool is that? Anyway, I'm always amazed by the kindness of strangers, especially Star Trek fans. There's such a sense optimism connected with the franchise that it makes sense that fans of Star Trek are some of the kindest and warmest people out there.
